Hi everyone!!
I’ve decided to start a weekly post called “A Few Things Friday.” In these posts, I will be sharing different things I’ve discovered during the previous week.
I LOVE Pinterest, so a lot of things I post about will come from there.
Posts will range from craft projects, to beauty inspiration, to yummy desserts, to pretty much anything!!
My post today will be about several crafts I want to make!
My best friend, Kylie, and I are moving into a new apartment this summer, and there are a few cute decorations I want to make for the apartment before we move in!
The first item I want to make is a koozie frame. I have accumulated quite a few koozies in the last two years, so I need a cute way to store and display them. Hayley, my brother’s girlfriend and my sorority sister, made one of these over the summer, and it turned out really cute!

I plan on making my frame a bit bigger than this one, but this picture gives you the general idea of what I want to do.
If you’d like to buy a koozie frame, like the one above, you can click on the picture or this link.
If you’d like to make a frame instead of buying one, stay tuned! I will be posting a tutorial in the next month or so for you to follow!
The next item I want to make is this hydrangea wreath!

I love that this wreath is square!! I wouldn’t normally think to put a wreath in a 20-year-old’s apartment, but the square shape adds a ton of character that make this wreath more youthful!
The price of this wreath is outrageous, but if you’d like to buy it instead of make it you can click the picture or follow this link.
One advantage (aside from price) of making this wreath instead of buying it, is the freedom you have to choose your colors! I really like the pink and green in the photo above, but I think I’m going to take my wreath in a different direction.
I have lots to do in the next few weeks, so I will start on these projects as soon as I can! If you have any upcoming projects you’d like to share, feel free to leave a comment!!
Happy Friday!!!
I love both of these ideas – looking forward to your instructions on how to make these. Hydrangeas are so pretty and the shape of this wreath makes it so much more interesting than a round wreath.
I think square wreaths compliment most doors because of their tiny squares! I love the hydrangea idea too.
Me too!
the koozie frame is such a great idea!
