Well, 2022 has blown by and 2023 is officially here! This last year was a busy one, and I expect the year to come will be busy as well. How am I going to keep track of everything? With my free 2023 printable calendar, of course!
2023 Printable Calendar
For the last few years, I’ve made it my goal to produce a free calendar for y’all, and I’m excited to share this brand new one with you!
I’ve been working on this project for a few weeks now and am so excited to finally have it in your hands! I hope you love this calendar as much as I do!
This year, I kept things simple with a colorful watercolor design on each 4×6 calendar card. It looks like someone (perhaps it was me?) took their paintbrush and let the paint flow to create a large paint-saturated space for the days of the month to rest.
In 2022, my printable calendar had designs that corresponded with every month. But this year, I chose to simplify the design further by just using one color to symbolize the holidays, seasons, etc. that take place each month.
2023 Printable Calendar
Making this printable calendar is super easy! There are only three steps — download, print, and cut.
Downloading the Calendar
Just like with all my other freebies, this 2023 printable calendar is for personal use only. You may not re-sell, re-distribute, or claim this work as your own.
When posting on the interest, please give credit to Pink Bows & Twinkle Toes. Fell free to tag me (@pinkbowstwinkletoes) on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok when sharing!
I’ve compiled each 4×6 2023 printable calendar card into a six-page PDF for you. You can print the full PDF at the beginning of the year or wait to print each page as the months go on. It’s up to you!

Printing the Calendar
When it comes to printing, you have several options. You can either print at home with your personal printer or send it off and have it printed by a service like FedEx Office.
My at-home printer hasn’t worked in years, so I sent mine off to be printed at FedEx Office.
I’ve been printing things (calendars, invitations, greeting cards, etc.) at FedEx Office for years now and am always happy with the results!
Printing at FedEx Office is easy if you want to give it a try.
On the FedEx website:
- Click “visit new marketplace” under the “Design & Print” tab
- Click “upload & print”
- Upload your file
- Adjust the print settings to your preferred specifications
- Add to cart
- Select “pick up at store” or “ship to address”
- Enter your payment details
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- Pick up your order in a few hours or wait for it to arrive in the mail
For paper, I like using the 110lb. Index option in the “professional white papers” section. It’s great and the printed portions have the slightest sheen to them.
Cutting the Calendar
Once you’ve printed your calendar, it’s time to cut it out. You can use either a paper trimmer (I love my Fiskars trimmer!) or a pair of scissors to cut along the edge of each 4×6 calendar card.
Displaying & Using the Calendar
After your 2023 printable calendar is all cut out, it’s time to decide how you want to display it. You can use a mini clipboard, a picture frame, or even a phone stand. I grabbed this stand at IKEA a few years ago, and it’s perfect!
Here are a few other display ideas you can try too:
- Magnet to a whiteboard or a refrigerator
- Washi tape to the wall near your desk or on your desktop itself
- Pushpin to a cork board
However you choose to use your 2023 printable calendar, I hope you love it and enjoy it as much as I do!
