Hi everyone!
I have more embroidery to share with you!
- Stitched Blooms by Carina Envoldson-Harris (get it here)
- Embroidery hoop
- Embroidery floss
- Needle
- Fabric
- Sharpie
- Pencil
- 158 – dark blue
- 162 – light blue
- 164 – light green
- 600 – pink
- 605 – light pink
- 744 – yellow

This is the motif we will be using.
Print out the motif and trace it with your Sharpie.
Trace the motif onto your fabric.
Start with the green thread and Back Stitch the leaves.
Once the leaves are done, we’ll move on to the yellow portions.
Use the dark pink thread and the Stem/Outline Stitch for the swirly portions.
It’s starting to look so cute!
Use the light blue thread to Back Stitch the little paisleys.
Once the paisleys are stitched, separate your six strand thread into two strands of three.
Use one of the strands of three and Straight Stitch the lines inside the paisleys.
Once the light blue is done, we’re going to move on to the dark blue.
Use a Lazy Daisy for the large teardrop.
Be sure not to pull your thread too tight. You want to maintain as much of the teardrop shape as possible.
Use the Back Stitch for both crescents.
Once the crescents are stitched, separate your thread into two strands of three like we did earlier with the light blue thread.
Use the Scallop Stitch for the inside portion of the crescents.
For a finishing touch, we’ll add a few light pink stars. Take your pink thread and split it into two strands of three.
Use the Star Stitch to make little stars.
Once the stars are stitched, our project is complete!
Happy Crafting!!
