Hi everyone!
I have another project from my new Stitched Blooms embroidery book to share with you.
- Stitched Blooms by Carina Envoldsen-Harris (get it here)
- Embroidery hoop
- Embroidery floss
- Fabric (I used gingham)
- Needle
- Pencil
- Sharpie
- Scissors
- 702 – green
- 893 – dark pink
- 894 – light pink

This is the motif we’ll be using.
Print out the motif and trace with your Sharpie.
Trace the motif and hoop your fabric.
Use green thread and the Stem/Outline Stitch for the stem.
Continue on with the Stem Stitch until the stem is complete.
Keeping with the green thread, use the Back Stitch for the leaves.
Once the leaves are completed, we’ll start on the flowers.
Use the Back Stitch and the light pink thread for two of the flowers.
I chose two that are diagonal from each other, because I didn’t want two of the same color to be “touching.”
Stitch the two remaining flowers with the dark pink thread.
So bright and perfect for summer!
