Yumi Kim – Makeup Train Case – Retail Value $58

FabFitFun gives subscribers a few customization options each month. I chose this navy train case instead of a beach towel. I have tons of towels, so I figured a new bag was a better choice!

I love the navy and striped geometric pattern. It has a brush holder and a zipper pocket on top and a larger compartment on the bottom. I haven’t quite decided if I’m going to use this case for makeup or craft supplies yet. It’s going to be fantastic for both!

tarte tarteist – PRO glow highlight & contour palette – retail value $45

I’m not one for contouring, but I do love makeup palettes! Since subscribing to my first box years ago, I quickly learned that subscription boxes LOVE to give out contour palettes. Also, contour palettes work great as eyeshadow!

I’ve been using this palette as eyeshadow for several weeks now an absolutely love it! I’ve been using Stunner on my lid, Scuplt in my crease, and Strobe as a highlight under my brow. If you have this palette too, you should give it a try. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on this look!

Orlando Pita Play – Amos-Shield Hair Protectant Treatment Spray – Retail Value $34

Right before getting this box in the mail, I purchased some new heat protectant spray. Terrible timing, right? Oh, well! I will eventually use up the spray I bought and this one too! I always like having a little extra on hand anyway.

I’ve been using this heat spray for the last few weeks and really like it! It smells nice and doesn’t leave the floor all slippery. You might think that’s a weird comment, but if you use heat protectant spray regularly, then you probably know what I mean. Sometimes, the spray will get on the floor and almost take you down! Yikes!

Minor History – Post Script Wallet – Retail Value $20

This wallet is cute but is teeny tiny! It would fit 2-3 cards and that’s about it.

I think it’s better served as a luggage tag. That’s probably how I’m going to end up using it!

Jaboneria Marianella – Hawaiian Black Lava Body Caviar

This is another item that FabFitFun let us pick out! I chose this body caviar over a ring and muscle gel. Out of the three items offered, I made what I thought was the best choice. After receiving the scrub though, I’m just not quite sure.

I can’t determine exactly what scent the caviar is, but it smells tangy and is just a little off. I’m also not a huge fan of the charcoal. It’s a tad messy and gets all over the shower wall when you go to wash it off. I’ll have to see if any of my friends are interested in taking it off my hands.

COOLA – Face Sport SPF 50 White Tea Moisturizer – Retail Value $32

Sunscreen is a given when it comes to subscription boxes in the summer. I can guarantee that I will always get one, if not two or three, during the summer months. Although sunscreen is not an exciting product to receive, this fair-skinned girl doesn’t hate it! It’s definitely something that I will always use!

FOREO LUNA – fofo – Retail Value $89

I think it’s so funny that this FOREO LUNA is called a fofo. What kind of name is that?! Too funny!

Aside from the goofy name, I do like the product. It’s quite different from my Clarisonic Mia 2 though. The fofo is smaller and harder to hold once it gets soapy, but is great for my back and chest. Because of the shape, I find it’s more difficult to use on my face. Because of that, I will be sticking to my Clarisonic for face washing.

A huge feature of the FOREO LUNA fofo is that it connects to an app and has the ability to create a personalized profile just for you and can be customized to your skin and its sensitivities. That’s fantastic except I can’t get the app to work. I have several friends that also received the fofo and aren’t having any troubles with the app. I think it’s just me! I’m hoping to get the app working soon!

Pier 1 Imports – Marble Ring Dish – Retail Value $14.99

How cute is this dish? The gold detailing is very chic! You can bet you’ll see this cutie pop up on my Instagram page in a styled photo sometime soon.

FabFitFun Summer 2018 Review - Pink Bows & Twinkle Toes

The total retail value of my FabFitFun Summer 2018 box is $340.99. That’s incredible for a $50 box!

I got some great products this season and a few that I’m not in love with. Even so, I would consider the FabFitFun Summer 2018 box a success!
