For years now, I’ve been creating printable desktop calendars for y’all! And I’m excited to finally debut this year’s updated version.
Calendar Design
Once again this year, I kept things simple with a colorful watercolor design on each 4×6 calendar card. I love how chic this design is with a different pop of color for each month. Think of it as an easy way to slightly change the vibes on your desk every month.

Making this printable calendar is super easy! There are only three steps — download, print, and cut.

Just like with all my other freebies, this 2024 printable calendar is for personal use only. You may not re-sell, re-distribute, or claim this work as your own.

I’ve compiled each 2024 printable calendar card into a six-page PDF. You can print the full PDF at the beginning of the year or wait to print each page as the months go on. It’s up to you!

Printing the Calendar
When it comes to printing, you have several options. You can either print at home with your personal printer or send it off and have it printed by a service like FedEx Office.
I don’t have an at-home printer anymore, so I sent mine off to be printed at FedEx Office.
I’ve been printing things (calendars, invitations, greeting cards, etc.) at FedEx Office for years now and am always happy with the results!
Printing at FedEx Office is easy if you want to try it out.
On the FedEx website:
- Click “visit new marketplace” under the “Design & Print” tab
- Click “upload & print”
- Upload your file
- Adjust the print settings to your preferred specifications
- Add to cart
- Select “pick up at store” or “ship to address”
- Enter your payment details
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- Pick up your order in a few hours or wait for it to arrive in the mail
For paper, I like using the 110lb. Index option in the “professional white papers” section. It’s nice and thick and the printed portions have the slightest sheen to them.
Cutting the Calendar
Once you’ve printed your calendar, it’s time to cut it out. You can use either a paper trimmer (I love my Fiskars trimmer!) or a pair of scissors to cut along the edge of each calendar card.
If you don’t have a paper trimmer and find yourself cutting paper regularly, I highly recommend you get one! Fiskars cutters are reasonably priced and work like a charm! I occasionally change the blade on mine when it gets dull, but that’s all the upkeep needed. And even then, I probably only replace it every year or two.
Displaying & Using the Calendar
After your 2024 printable calendar is all cut out, it’s time to decide how you want to display it. You can use a mini clipboard, a picture frame, or even a phone stand. I grabbed this stand at IKEA a few years ago, and it’s perfect!
Here are a few other display ideas you can try too:
- Magnet to a whiteboard or a refrigerator
- Washi tape to the wall near your desk or on your desktop itself
- Pushpin to a cork board
