I have another fun, bullet journal style printable to share with y’all today! This one is all about sleep! Whether you sleep a lot or a little, this printable is for you!
I’m a tad tickled by how cute this insert turned out! I love all the little stars, which you can color in if you feel so inclined! You could also color in the sky (which I’m wishing I did right about now), add some clouds, and even a moon to jazz it up even more!
The bottom of this insert is numbered 1-13, which represents the hours of sleep. If you sleep more than 13 hours, I am SUPER jealous! The right side of this insert is numbered 1-31, which represents the number of days in a month. During the months with fewer than 31 days, you’ll just track up to 28 or 30 and leave the last few numbers blank.
All you have to do to track your sleep is draw a line from the right side of the page to the left. Stop drawing your line once you reach the number of hours you slept that night. I used a ruler to draw my lines, but you could use anything! A ruler, an index card, or nothing at all! If you don’t want to draw skinny lines, you could draw bars or something else. The possibilities really are endless!
