Combine your two loves (food + eating) in my latest printable. Meal Planning is all the rage these days, and I can see why. Sometimes it’s SO stressful to decide what you’re going to eat for every meal. Erase some of that frustration with this handy printable.
Next to each day, there’s a spot to put the date if you’d like. If not, you can write snacks or something else in that space. Since most people eat three meals a day, I’ve broken this insert down to breakfast, lunch, and supper.
