POPSUGAR Must Have Review – May 2015

Sister of Los Angeles – Surf Sand Love Beach Towel – Retail Value $ 40

I apologize for how bad this picture is.  I was having trouble getting a decent picture of my towel.

I like how bright and summery this towel is!  It’s perfect for summer!

I will say that I’m not a surfer, so I would feel like a bit of a poser using this at the beach!

Middle Kingdom – Mini Plum Vase – Coral Red – Retail Value $20

I love this vase!  The size and shape make it super adorable!

Unfortunately, the coral red color doesn’t match my current decor. 🙁

Kitsch – Tri’d & True Y-Shaped Necklace – Retail Value $32

I love how dainty this necklace is!

The style is fun and like nothing I’ve owned before.  I’m not quite sure what tops I will wear this with, but I’ll hopefully decide on something soon!

Sage & Row – Bare Shave Cream – Retail Value $17

I was so excited when I saw this fancy shave cream in my box!  It smells really good, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try.

Unfortunately, the excitement stopped there.  I wasn’t satisfied with the way this cream lathers.  I know shave cream doesn’t actually lather, but I use EOS shaving cream all the time and for $4 it’s much thicker and does a better job than this $17 cream.

Batiste – Dry Shampoo – Cherry – Retail Value $4

Dry shampoos are very popular in subscription boxes.  I think these companies believe that we never wash our hair or something! 😉

The packaging of this product is adorable, and I can’t wait to give it a try!

Hammond’s Candies – McCraw’s Flat Taffy – Retail Value $1

I love the look of this taffy!  The bright colors make it so fun!

I haven’t had a chance to eat it yet, but I’m sure it’s going to be super yummy!

The total retail value for May is $114. That’s not too bad!

I’m pretty pleased with May, but I can’t wait to see what June has to offer!
