Ipsy Review – July 2014

Hi guys!!

I received my July Ipsy bag today, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

For those of you that don’t know, Ipsy is a subscription service that sends you 4-5 deluxe sample and full size beauty products each month!  It’s only $10 a month and tons of fun!

I absolutely love the color and style of this month’s bag!! Scallops are my favorite and pink is one of my go-to colors!!

The July bag isn’t as good of quality as the June bag, but it is still very cute!!

“Sensationally Sun Kissed” is the theme for July!

This Ipsy card looks quite similar to the Julep theme card for July!

Both chose bright blue and yellow for their color schemes!  Perfect colors for summer!

My July bag came with five products! Two of them are full size! YAY!!!

I’m very fair skinned, so anything with sunscreen is always appreciated!

This moisturizer is the perfect size to take in my purse when I go on a little adventure!

Clear Clinic Laboratories – Vanished Clear Spot Treatment

I’m pretty excited to try this spot treatment!

The spot treatment I currently use is a gel, and this one is a liquid.  I’m interested to see the difference in performance!

Elizabeth Mott – Tints & Sass – Cherry – FULL SIZE

I’ve never heard of Elizabeth Mott, but I’m excited to try her products!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this product is full size! I looked on their website and this tint retails for $22.99!

I’m not a fan of cheek stains (I had an incident!!), but I do love lip colors!  This one is the perfect red for me!!

bareMinerals – 5 in 1 BB Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow Broad Spectrum SPF 15 – Divine Wine

This is the product I was looking forward to the most! It is also the product that disappointed me the most!

It came in this packaging, which is a dead giveaway that it was free!

This sample is the length and width of my pinky!! (I have really skinny fingers!!)

Come one Ipsy!!

bareMinerals was the big ticket item in this month’s bag and I just can’t believe how small it is!

POP Beauty – Sunkissed Bronzer – Secret Sunshine – FULL SIZE

Once again, I have very fair skin.  I’m very comfortable with my paleness, so I don’t feel the need to tan or bronze!  If I were into that sort of thing then this product would be fantastic.  Since I’m not, this product is a miss for me!

This month wasn’t great, but it also wasn’t horrible!!

I’m going to review my products and hope that IpsyMatch does a better job next month!
